BUYER BEWARE!!! NO REFUND / NO REPLACEMENT
COS is an unethical company that takes no accountability for overpriced, faulty products. As cool and chic their stuff might be, buyer beware. If something goes wrong, you’re stuck paying for their mistakes.
I bought a $390 pair of shoes. The bottom fell off with the first two hours of me wearing them (at a sit down brunch!!!). They told me to send the product back for a refund/replacement, but sent it back even more damaged blaming me for what had happened to the shoes.
