“Service is terrible. Its impossible to get a refund Every time. I wait for a month to get a refund. I can't get a refund for an order from 25 of August now!!!”
“I order a pant with express shipping to received on time for my trip. I received an email saying that they could do it express and went forward with the order without reaching out to me and finding out if it was ok. I tried to cancel the order and customer service said they couldn’t do it.
The lack of transparency on their website really upset me. Taking in consideration that they take forever to ship the products they should be able to cancel.”
