I ordered an item on 24/12/26. The item arrived in Canada, but then I had to pay Import Fee $85, so I told UPS to return it to COS, which they did on 7/1/26. I still have not received my refund $155 USD yet. After calling from Canada to the Netherlands 4x, I still have no answer where my refund is. My order number is 13758512. I was put on hold and the representative did not answer my questions anymore, so I waited on a long distance call for over 10 min with no response. I was told to call on 21/1/26 to request my refund, which I have done today (22/1/26) and still was told, they can not issue me my refund. I am beginning to think that this is all a scam for COS to keep my money. I am not impressed with the customer service. I get no help. I will not ever buy from COS again and I did buy a lot over the years in person. Where is my refund??
