I love COS clothing. I would say many are my favourite pieces in my closet. Exceptional design and quality for the price. I'm giving 4 stars only because of 2 things. During Covid they had a strange no-try-on policy. I drove to Toronto which is 1.5 hours away - specifically to shop at COS however they wouldn't let me try anything on. All the other stores in the mall such as Gucci, Gap ++ allowed fittings. They wouldn't even let me put on a coat over my clothing. One sales guy actually ran after a woman who was trying on a blazer. He came running and yelling "you can't put that on m'am or we'll need you to leave the store". I felt it was excessive. Needless to say I didn't buy anything because I didn't want to get home to realize my choices didn't fit and would have to drive all the way back. The clerk didn't offer another solution to my dilemma. I couldn't even mail anything in for a refund. Strange. My other challenge is with on-line ordering. Here in Canada you cannot order on-line unless it's the US site. Excited about that option I ordered about $400 worth of items. They arrived relatively quickly and I love them all. However, the UPS driver announced I owed another $180 in duties & taxes upon delivery. Ouch. I would avoid ordering from the US. I'd suggest a Canadian website and a more solution-friendly approach to retail.
