THERE IS NO RETURN AND REFUND FOR CROATIAN CUSTOMERS
For the past ten days, I have been attempting—without success—to return an item that does not fit. The online return portal has been consistently non-functional, and repeated emails to your customer service have gone entirely unanswered.
While a phone number is provided, my experience there has been equally frustrating: I have endured two lengthy and taxing conversations with a representative who struggled to communicate in English. On both occasions, I was assured that Overseas, the designated courier, would be in touch promptly to arrange collection—yet unsurprisingly, no such contact has been made.
