The customer service is terrible. It is not possible to return the ordered item, although they claim on the website the return is free. I could do it only through a specific courier delivery, but the codes COS stores gave, me don't work. I tried to contact Customer Service several times, but they do not answer any emails. I wanted to return the dress, because it appeared to be too big. The brand has a bit oversize items. (COS in JAPAN)
