I started working with Custommade late in 2021, and found their initial customer service sublime. I'd write messages to staff and recieve word back within a few hours even, and while I will say the service wasn't this good throughout the entire service each person I worked with was a delight never responding to late to any question I poised. I honestly can't recommend this service enough. On top of all this they managed to work with me even though for half the process I was studying abroad in Europe. I never felt like I was given a bad service and in the end my fiance loves the ring we made for her.
