I NEVER write reviews, but this place is worth it! I had an idea in my head and randomly did search for a place that might help me. I came across custom made and sent them a message to see if they could do something. From the very first contact they were engaging, supportive and knowledgeable. I was worried because I was not looking to spend a lot of money and they deal with people who are making custom diamond items. However, they treated me with respect and patience at every turn. I paid $100 deposit and then they spent as much time as I needed to make changes. I was the one delaying the project with changes and so about 3 months later we were ready to move forward. They reasonably requested half of the money owed to produce the item. They remade the item a couple of times because they would not send anything they didn't believe in. Then right before shipping I paid the rest owed and they sent it out. They checked in with me to make sure I was happy. I cannot say enough positive things about them. I feel like they treated me like I was spending $10,000! I spoke with multiple people online along the way as part of the project and they all treated me the same and it was an amazing experience. I cannot thank them enough for the experience and the product I bought. It was exactly what I wanted. I am so happy and thank them so much.
