My experience designing an engagement and wedding ring with CustomMade could not have been better. They always answered my questions in a timely manner, and were very helpful and informative through the process. Unlike my experiences in jewelry stores, I never felt like I was being sold something, or pressured into a decision. I was able to make a lot of revisions to to my project during the design faze, and the designers captured everything I wanted and more. I will definitely be coming back to CustomMade for any jewelry I purchase in the future.
