Absolutely wonderful, start to finish! From the beginning, they were extremely responsive and explained the entire process with a timeline. Every step of the way I was met with excellent service that answered all of my questions and helped to build my ring EXACTLY how I wanted it. There was never pressure to upsell me or do something I didn’t want. The end result was a perfect match and I couldn’t be happier! I will absolutely be returning for future anniversary presents.
