I am thoroughly impressed.
I had a ring made with a custom design and the first process went smooth. I had the ring for a week, maybe two, when I realized a word was spelled wrong. I was upset with myself for not catching it and was fully prepared to pay more. However, when I reached out to CustomMade they re-made the ring at no extra cost.
Consider me a lifetime customer for all my custom pieces in the future.
I even recommended them to a few people already.
