Everyone that I worked with at CustomMade was outstanding. Very patient and professional. They were not happy until I was happy. I certainly felt like there were several times that I was being too "picky" but I was never made to feel like I was a burden. Everyone made me feel comfortable and valued. The ring turned out better than I could have ever imagined. My Fiancé (that's still a weird thing to say) absolutely loves that her ring is a direct reflection of me. She feels it's more meaningful coming from my mind and my heart, than one chosen from a selection at the store. I was able to choose sketches, individual stones, tweak designs, and even ask for input and advice from CustomMade's professionals. Words cannot fully express how great this entire process was, start to finish. Replies were prompt, usually daily. I got into the habit of checking the website first thing when I wake up, because there was always a new message to look forward to.
