I used custommade for to make her engagement ring and her wedding band. She loves them. I really liked the idea of doing something unique and I was surprised to learn it wasn't much more expensive than getting something off the shelf. What surprised me the most about working with them is the patience the team has and their skills. I took about 11 months working with their team and that was not an issue for them. Coming up with new revisions almost weekly until it was perfect. What I would suggest to improve is the Chat-only communication. I feel that these pieces are so important to the buyers that it helps to have the opportunity to talk on the phone or video at least one with the person you're working with. Lastly, if you do like me and get the engagement ring through them, getting the wedding band is really simple because they keep the computer models so you can see what it'll look like together before buying.
