My advice to potential customers; be as specific as you can with what you want the rings to look like; the artist produced exactly what I was after. Help them help you by giving examples or specific elements you want reflected in the piece. I'm grateful that the team was able to honor my special requests while respectfully explaining the realistic capabilities of their equipment and working out a compromise. The rings came out exactly like the model promised; and my fiance adores them. If you're clueless about etiquette; norms or simply just what looks good; these folk help you understand and can offer guidance if needed. Overall this was a phenomenal experience and I'm remarkably grateful for everything about this. Highly reccomend.
