I didn't have to sort through a million choices. I had seen other rings and had an idea of what I wanted and CustomMade took my idea and made it even better. Every step I was able to give input and get feedback on the development. They worked with me when I was on a close deadline to get the rings to me on time. The staff was friendly and meticulous about everything I hadn't thought of. 10 out of 10 for my engagement ring, I will be back when it's time for the wedding ring.
