I started off just looking, but upon realizing how affordable it’d be to do a custom piece with everything I wanted to include, not to mention seeing how prompt and responsive the team was to my messages, I decided to go all the way through with it. The whole process was smooth all the way through, and the concept art and renderings made it so easy to see what everything would look like. Even communicating tweaks for the design after seeing the initial renderings was such a quick and easy thing! I started off with a longer timeline in mind, and the project was put on hold with no problems. When I decided to move up the date sooner, everything was ready for me to continue, and all that was left was to pick a stone from the options I was given, pay a half deposit, and wait for production to finish! Last deposit to pay for the rest, and it was delivered in only a few days, like literally over the weekend! Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend!
