Communication was very thorough and timely. We are very happy with the service provided by CustomMade. We made a mistake with the ring sizes but Carla, Eula and the team supported us wholeheartedly and remade the rings within 2 days to make our deadline. The rings turn out to fit our middle fingers in the end but we have decided to wear them that way. The details are nicely done and the rings are exactly like how we designed it. Thank you so much!
