Through the 3D design process I was able to make tweaks to how the ring was customized before it was fully produced. Shipping was quick however being in canada there was an import fee which the company did let me know could be a possibility. The ring arrived with a certificate of authenticity and lifetime warranty. The member who this ring was given to as a gift was elated with how it turned out. He will forever have this keepsake to recognize a dedicated career.
