Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and willing to help and genuinely concerned for my needs. The piece is absolutely beautiful and very well crafted. The project did not take long at all from start to finish which I was very well pleased with. The ring was done well before my requested date and they still worked to get it done as soon as possible. The shipping was from one day to the next and I was also very pleased. Overall I loved the experience and will definitely return for any future personal jewelry.
