I bought these for my niece who loved to bake but has lost her enthusiasm once finding out she is gluten intolrent. She needed to taste something gluten free which would help her get her baking mojo back, and these have helped. They are delicious and prove she doesn't have to feel she is giving up great tasting bakes.
