The food is incredible, cannot be faulted!
The issue is the delivery, firstly a ‘missed delivery’ when the person was at home and just metres from the front door, then I would suggest if you can’t make it accurate then turn off the ability to track a driver as it is incredibly frustrating to see them 2 streets away and then keep driving away and not arrive until 5hrs later. Especially when it is a gift and you ask someone to stay at home because the driver is ‘nearly there’. As said, the food is so good but it does leave you rating lower.
