We received the cakes at 4.57 which was outside of the 1-4 delivery time frame which was a real disappointment considering it was already 5 days late. I never like to complain but the whole experience of the delivery has not been great as we originally expected it to arrive on Tuesday, then Thursday and then when it finally arrived on Sunday. We really were considering ordering a 4 tier cake from cutter and squidge for our wedding but the unreliable nature of the whole experience has just really put us off. I just wanted to provide the feedback to ensure you are aware of how we felt about the whole experience. Thanks, Sophia
