The quality of taste that arrived was excellent and delicious but unfortunately the appearance is so poor that I have to give a low score for their service. Having enjoyed the cake I bought for her birthday, my sister returned the gesture to me for Christmas and sent some treats by mail. What arrived was half of what she was charged (12 instead of 24 arrived) and they looked nothing like the picture advertised. The selection was clearly limited when they packed it so they put in whatever they had. If you cannot supply what you have sold people, then don’t sell it. Mark it as unavailable or sold out. She then had 3 more orders to friends and colleagues which have also arrived incorrectly. One example is a mixed box of gingerbread which should have been gingerbread family, Christmas trees and snowflakes. It arrived as a jumble of trees, not even carefully packed and presented, and one gingerbread man.
It’s fine to order if you don’t care what you get, you’ll enjoy the taste. But don’t order anything if you’ll be disappointed by what actually arrives, particularly if it’s a specific gift.
