I placed orders from the US to my family in the UK so I have not had the pleasure of tasting your treats. However, by all accounts, everybody enjoyed their box of goodies. As far as customer service I feel there is room for improvement as I had a few website issues. However, these were dealt with eventually. I did appreciate the regular updates when order delivery dates were changed, although of course it did not affect me personally and everything arrived before Christmas so that was the main thing!
