The cake arrived on time, but was missing the personalisation disc I ordered for a birthday. I contacted cutter and squidgy as soon as it was delivered and they got back to me and said they had tried to call me at 5.30pm the day before to advise that this disc could not be delivered, and to be fair they offered me a refund. It was frustrating though that they did not follow up the call with a voicemail or email explaining this, as I was working and missed the call. Had they done this I would have been able to go out the morning of the delivery day and get a birthday plaque or candles to add to the cake. So not the best customer service I’m afraid.
