I ordered this box for a birthday and was advised it would be delivered on Feb 24th. It still hasn’t arrived on 25th and when I emailed to enquire, I was informed the delivery service had lost the parcel and they couldn’t send out a replacement until March. Only reason I didn’t give it very poor was because I was given a refund promptly at my request.
