I needed to change my order 2 days in advance as the recipient was in hospital, but it was impossible to get anyone on the phone and nobody replied to my email until the day after the delivery date, which was extremely disappointing. It's great that the ordering and delivering process is speedy and smooth, but the customer service side was too slow, which resulted in me having to take delivery of the cake myself and then re-order another one, which cost me twice as much. The good thing is that I was able to taste the cake (which I wouldn't have been able to otherwise in these covid times), but it did make me think twice about ordering again.
