Apparently the cake tasted good. The ordering was not clear and I though I had purchased a chocolate disc with Happy Birthday on. I hadn’t so the cake appeared unfinished and a little messy in the middle. I did telephone to enquire and was told that this often happens to customers- therefore I assume the process is not clear.
I have another cake ordered next week and suspect the same has happened again because I ordered around the same time.
