I wish I could provide a 5 star review but unfortunately the item was never received due to the appalling service from DPD. I am giving 4 stars to Cutter & Squidge because I don't want to harm your rating because of the failings of your courier, and your customer service rep Caiofe has been very helpful and speedy in her replies, offering me two lots of credits. It's just unfortunate my colleague's birthday surprise was ruined by DPD who never bothered to reattempt delivery after "not being able to find the property" the first time - they probably realised what the package was and ate it... I will use C&S again but hope you choose a better courier going forward.
