My first order was lost in transit and after chasing customer service, I finally received a response 3 days later. I was given a refund for the inconvenience, and my order was resent & successfully delivered this time. I am a huge fan of Cutter & Squidge cakes, so I will continue to order, but I think more customer service staff definitely need to be hired to keep up with the increased demand. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get through to someone when you have an order query.
