Visually stunning and fresh cake that arrived on time. Lots of butterscotch throughout (and those balls are crunchy) with interesting texture. Arrived with a nicely inscribed birthday greeting. Personally I would have liked a bit more fresh cream to lighten it a bit as butterscotch is very rich but still very nice. Best served in very thin slices until they change the recipe!
