Cake was awesome - 5/5 but let down on delivery and overall order process.
Delivery was late (but the actual deliver person was great and careful)
Order process - could be improved - the date was missing from the order confirmation. Emailed a few times to get that corrected but never was. Also the personalisation payment wasn't taken and therefore delayed the delivery.
