I got sent a wrong cake, but they gave me a voucher to the value of the order to make up for the mistake. I didn’t think the cake I got as a mix-up was that good, the filling was bland and too fatty. Maybe next time I am more lucky. I’ll give it another go for sure. I liked the communications and the fact that they are proud of their brand and want to do well, they are nice to their customers and the delivery was on time.
