Dear team
I was very disappointed, I had placed and order for a cake weeks in advance to get to my boss and it was not delivered to him till the next day, after his birthday. The whole surprise element had gone! Why was I not told sooner that the box was not in stock, why was something else not offered. I was not happy with this and it is not a cheap cake and I am a regular customer ordering cakes on almost monthly basis.
