The service we got in respect to delivery and timescales, I cannot fault. The cakes (my partner had ordered a second one a few weeks later), came one schedule. I even had to make an alteration to the wording on one of the cakes and the communication with the company was prompt The two stars is in respect to the enjoyment of the cakes. We did'nt like them. I cannot say if it was because they were frozen and had to be thawed, but the different layers stayed exactly that, separate and it just didn't gel in the mouth to make for an enticing mouthful. The second cake was a vegan one, and that was way way too sweet to eat.... I shall be sticking to fresh cakes from the nearby bakers which I can source on the day.
