The Product arrived in good condition and in good time.
The sponge was moist if slightly dense it held its crumb for a couple of days and stayed more than edible, The cream was ok a little sweet perhaps but again it was pleasant, and the flavour profile was recognisable and not overpowering.
Although the pistachio cream could have been more flavoursome and prominent.
Overall though a good product.
