I originally ordered an afternoon tea hamper for a friends virtual baby shower, despite using the specified day delivery service it arrived two days late. Customer service were very good and having refunded the delivery fee they also sent me a goodwill gift voucher.
I ordered an afternoon tea for Father’s Day. The delivery this time was smooth, the contents however were disappointing. The scones, jam and cream were well received. The cakes sadly were inedible. “Bricks” was the adjective used. This is such a shame as the idea of being able to send and receive afternoon tea in the post is great. The produce however needs to be edible on receipt.
