Ordering online was easy. Availability of delivery dates is excellent.
One comment is that I realised immediately after placing the order that I forgot something and wanted to add more items to my order. To re-order, the initial order was cancelled first. As I had paid part of my order with a gift card this was not refunded immediately (and I haven't checked if it has been or not). So, it would be nice to be able to amend an order within an hour or two of placing it.
