We love the cakes and biskies but the delivery service used needs to improve. More than once we paid more for delivery in a selected time slot (12-4pm) but the delivery would be hours late and the courier would be nonchalant and unapologetic. Another time we ordered two boxes of biskies and only one was delivered. We appreciate the vouchers you offered as apology, but it would be hard to order for events with delivery being so unreliable.
