Unfortunately the cake arrived 4 days late and went straight into the bin. Whilst I accept there were issues with the courier, left disappointed nonetheless at the outcome. I purchased the cake for my wife's birthday so that she could enjoy something special whilst she was self-isolating due to COVID. On a positive note Cutter and Squidge responded promptly to my complaint and made a full refund.
