Our cake unfortunately arrived smashed and broken in it's box. We did receive a very quick refund however, and the cake still tasted great when we ate it. It might be better for the cakes to be shipped in smaller boxes rather than the rectangular ones, though it did seem to be supported well inside. We found our cake abandoned on the doorstep on it's side by the courier, who had already left. It might be good to put a "this way up" sticker or something on the parcels to try and avoid this experience being repeated. The situation was handled really well by C&S but it was still a little disappointing. We don't really want to stop ordering, so it would be nice to see an improvement in how they're shipped- or maybe they shouldn't be. Really great cake, just sad that it arrived looking like granola.
