Nice cake (bit too orange for a carrot cake IMO) but so annoying regarding delivery and the tin. Bought it in a tin as it was a gift. Received said tin with cake in and it was bashed and battered so getting the cake out of the tin was the most difficult thing ever. And it looks awful to give as a gift because there’s no way I was able to bend it back to perfection. So a big annoyance really!
