Ordered a Cutter & Squidge lemon drizzle cake for partner's birthday. Although the delivery fee was outrageously expensive the cake arrived outside of the time window specified (paid extra for a 2-hour window). The cake itself looked gorgeous and was well protected by its packaging so this was a positive. The cake itself was incredibly sweet, inedibly so for my partner. Given reviews on other cakes saying how sweet they are, I dread to think how much sweeter the other cakes could be. Overall this service could be fantastic, given the good cake packaging and that the cake did arrive in good condition, looking great, however until the sweetness is seriously toned down I cannot recommend it.
