Cake was ordered for a birthday. Was delivered to the wrong address. When following up on delivery, Customer Service staff tried to blame it on user input error, however, it was proven that correct details were provided, so staff blamed courier service. Frankly not interested in which subcontractor is to be blamed.
Surprised that the courier didn't try to contact the phone number provided, just left the cake at the doorstep.
£40 disapointment, but some random person probably had a nice birthday cake
