Very disappointed potential customer. The overpriced cakes might be good if you happen to get a good service from Cutter & Squidge but, if like me you get the WORSE service, it really is KAK!! I worked in CS & hospitality industry in the past and never ever experienced such bad service. Unfortunately for us, especially the bday boy who never received his present, the whole supply chain was a mess & no accountability. Unfortunately dealing with the C&S customer service is like dealing with an automatic robot. Will I ever recommend them? Definitely not!!! Will I ever use them? Heck no!!!
