Ordered the Choc Squidge cake as a surprise bday present, I provided full delivery details but cake never arrived. My friends who live in Africa wanted to surprise their son who is alone in London, cake never arrived and no accountability from the company. Seems that the whole supply chain is just a mess. The poor young man waited all day at home, for them to come with the most lamest excuse. Following day, same thing… Honest, the WORSE and KAK service ever. Dealing with customer service is like dealing with a robot, same automatic response. Will I ever recommend them? Definitely not!!! Will I ever use them? Heck no!!!
