When ordering, the auto fill copied the delivery and billing address as the same even though these were a gift to be delivered to a different address. I immediately emailed to correct the billing address. I was told that there was nothing they could do do. Very unhelpful. I tired to contact the delivery service. Again I was told there was no way to change the order, despite emailing within seconds to correct it. The brownies got delivered to my home address while I was at work. They then went to a depot a good 20 minutes away which I had to collect them from. The most irritating part was that they would have fit through the letterbox!! The whole thing was just infuriating. I eventually just ordered some from a different website. When I picked the brownies up they were just ok. What a lot of hassle for a gift that should have been easy.
