I bought two cakes. The carrot cake was delicious, best I have ever had. Unfortunately the lemon drizzle cake was inedible. Stodgy, heavy and super sweet. Probably the worst I have ever had. Two cakes with two different reviews. I would definitely buy the carrot cake again. I think Cutter and Squidge need to re think the lemon drizzle. I offered it to my family but they all thought it inedible. It needs to be light and fluffy. Perhaps change your recipe?
