I hadn't heard of Cutter and Squidge before but was looking for a cake supplier online for my mother's 94th birthday dinner party celebration and came across them. Having read many of the reviews, I felt confident to give them ago, but as important, was knowing the supplier could deliver the cake to the restaurant of our choice, as I certainly didn't want to be saddled with having to be the carrier of the cake, avoiding any mishaps. The cake didn't disappoint and was delicious and pretty to look at too, however, I was diappointed when I made a request to put delivery date back by a couple of days, due to the storm. The party date had changed and I was surprised when Cutter and Squidge stated it was too late to change the date, after all, I had given them a couple of days notice and it was put the date back as opposed to bring it forward. This caused an inconvenience but thankfully, due to the goodwill and nature of the restaurateur, he kindly held my cake for the 2 days until the day of our event. Hence only 4 stars given, as had Cutter and Squidge been more accommodating, they would have been awarded with 5 stars.
