Experience was awful. 1st/2nd time I paid £10 for morning delivery (to an office) attempted delivery at 8pm on both occasions (obviously closed). Subsequently told I would have to be re-charged for redelivery! Subsequently customer service apologised and said it would be re-delivered. Then I heard nothing for a week or so, until I got back in touch! They apologised again said the order had been lost and they would rearrange delivery. I still dont know if this has happened, weeks later.
